This form can be filled out online and submitted to us by clicking the Submit button at the bottom of this page.

Payment

When we have received your form, we will contact you to confirm everything and arrange payment for the deposit (£150). The remaining balance will be due once your suit is ready.

Completion & Delivery

Please allow up to 6 months for completion. we will contact you and arrange payment for the remaining balance. Your suit will be posted out to you at the additional cost of £27.75 per suit (Uk Posting) - this includes cover/insurance. Alternatively you can arrange to have your suit picked up at our shop.

IMPORTANT! All measurements are to be taken in inches and should be taken over clothing which is to be worn under the suit.

PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH ROOM FOR MOVEMENT.

1. Height - Accurately, without shoes. E.g. 5ft 7in entered as 5.7

2. Chest or Bust - Fullest Part

3. Waist

4. Hips - Taken over widest part of backside

5. Thigh

6. Calf

7. Crotch to floor - pants pulled tight

8. All round body - From hollow in front of neck, through legs to base of collar at back of neck

9. Knee cap to floor - No shoes

10. Shoe Size

11. Base of neck to wrist bone - Arms by your side

12. Bicep

13. Forearm
