SCAPA SUITS AND SERVICING!In 1997 Scapa Scuba embarked upon the all important business of making and repairing diving dry suits - indeed we are the only business in the north of Scotland able to offer this service! Please feel free to pop by and watch Ben work!
Work undertaken by the manufacture and repair side of Scapa Scuba can easily be split into four categories:-
- Manufacturing of our Scapa Scuba neoprene dry suits. All suits are made to measure at competitive prices and come in a variety of styles, colours and thicknesses.
- We also offer a full range of dry suit repairs for both membrane and neoprene dry suits - with very quick turn around. For those on a weeks dive charter in Scapa Flow we offer an overnight repair service. Ben will ensure that you suit is fixed and dry for the next days diving. So anyone with ripped cuffs, or neck seal, leaky boots or a zip that lets them down need not worry! The suits are then returned to the boat for you by morning.
- We also customise a wide selection of diving accessories for our customers - we aim to make everything anyone might want! Past orders include neoprene torch covers, camera covers and lense caps, weight harnesses, back supports, comfort pads for back pack, shoulder strap pads, a range of pockets from subtle to enormous and last but by no means least Ben's very own very popular 3 fingered 8mm mitts! All items made to order to exact measurements given.

Over the years our ‘Scapa Scuba’ dry suits have earned a great reputation – suits are sold to local, commercial and visiting divers and increasingly we are being asked to export our suits abroad.
Scapa Scuba suits are quality suits that every diver can depend on. We offer excellent value for money. Ben is a total perfectionist and this shows through in every suit he makes.
All suits are made with high quality neoprene, heavy-duty rubber boots, dimpled rubber kneepads and heavy-duty zips.
As standard, all Scapa Scuba dry suits are made to measure and come fitted with an Apeks inlet valve, an Apeks cuff dump, a neoprene zip protector, a knife pocket and a normal pocket. Included in the price is a dry suit bag, a Scapa Scuba hood and an Apeks dry suit hose.
